About the Perfume: The idea for Outrageous poured out of a Caipirinha cocktail in Brazil: samba on the beach, bursts of orange and blue in low light, crashing waves and the ecstatic laughs of the young and sexy. Outrageous is an explosion of bergamot, tangerine and green apple against a lusty backdrop of cinnamon, musk and ambroxan. It's dramatic, festive and colorful, what Frederic likes to call "clean sex appeal".

About the Perfumer: A cornerstone of contemporary perfumery, Sophia Grojsman was born in Belarus. She recalls when, very young, she would rather smell roses, jasmine, and flowers around the house than play with her toys. After studying chemistry, she immigrated to New York and joined the IFF laboratories where she learned her trade with Ernest Shiftan, one of the greatest American perfumers in history. She was the first perfumer to reverse the classic proportions of perfumes. Sophia Grojsman is also famous for her fascination for roses, which she uses in most of her creations.
